“I am so disappointed in this poncho. It is the heaviest scratchiest material and it just feels awful on my skin. I don’t want it anywhere near me. I wanted a big poncho with a giant hood and it has that, although it’s way too wide and I wish they would make it in different sizes but the big size is useful. Just not cute.
First off, I thought it would be their normal towel material which would be perfect for wearing on the beach. It is a bath towel material so way too heavy for the beach. (I wish they would make it in the regular beach towel material)
So I thought well I will definitely wear this around the house after shower but like I said, it’s so scratchy. I thought maybe it will soften up if I wash it but it made no difference. It feels like a cheap old towel. It’s OK if I turn it inside out but still not soft. I am probably going to get rid of it because I don’t enjoy it at all”
“Ordered directly from site, live in San Diego where founded. Took an exceedingly long time from order to delivery, entire order was incorrect. Notified SandCloud immediately on arrival of incorrect items. After many back-and-forth emails, instead of just shipping out my correct order immediately, I had to request exchanges *at my expense* (an additional hold on my debit for entire order) until incorrect order returned *at my inconvenience* and my correct order has still not arrived 3weeks since original order - as of this review, and ten days since sandcloud was notified of their error. I would love to review my order but it still has yet to arrive. For their error, my inconvenience, the delay, hassle and overall terrible experience they did give me a 5% refund on purchase and future discount code but so far that is not enough to trust brand again. Especially disappointing this is a local company, I love and support or local brands but come on. Everyone makes mistakes, its how you fix them that says more.”
