“I was very excited to try out the towels. I bought 3 different sets of towels from Sand Cloud. I read the reviews did some research and hesitated buying till I had the info needed to make a purchase. In my opinion, the hype did not match what I am experiencing. I'm disappointed because I was really wanting to prove my wife wrong. Out of the 3 different towels that I bought this one fell short.”
“Customer service reached out and gave me a partial refund because I wrote a review stating I didn't care for the bath towels. I prefer a softer, fluffier towel. So my review was based on preference rather than the quality of the towels. The towels are well-made and sturdy. I do recommend purchasing a beach towel. They are lightweight, thin, and can be easily carried.”
