“I love this oil! I use it when I'm making butternut squash noodles. It enhances the flavor of the 'noodles' and supports the other seasonings to make a vegetarian alternative to pasta. I also sprinkle it on cubed butternut squash and then roast in the oven. I can hardly get them off the baking sheet and into a bowl! So good!”
“Great flavor. Actually this was the ONLY one out of my entire hundred dollar plus purchase that I am satisfied with. I've had better balsamics, so all those were a let down. But this butternut squash seed oil is quite lovely and a beautiful toasty color to boot.”
“Have only used the two oils I bought - butter olive oil and butternut seed squash oil -once each, but so far they are great. The smell of the butternut seed squash oil is heavenly. I can’t wait to try the recipes provided on their website.”
“Tried this oil in the Lake Placid shop. Absolutely loved it. It is a wonderful dipping oil for fresh Italian bread. Ordered several bottles for Christmas gifts.”
“I sampled this oil when visiting Lake Placid last summer and purchased it, along with several varieties of vinegar. This oil is amazing - it is buttery and rich and is so delicious on my salads. I especially love it with the Epresso Balsamic. I can never go back to 'cheap' oil and vinegar! You will not be disappointed if you give this oil a try.”
“We enjoyed this oil at a dinner hosted by my son & daughter in law. I raved about how much I liked it.\nMy raving went noticed as they gave us a bottle for Xmas.”
