“The Fig Balsamic Vinegar from Saratoga Olive Oil Company is acceptable but not the best we've ever had. Unfortunately, one of their competitors, who is no longer in business, offered a far superior product. The Balsamic from Saratoga Olive Oil Company seems thinner in constancy and less robust.”
