“I was visiting my boyfriend's son in Vermont and we wandered in the store. There were samples and I fell in love with the fig balsamic vinegar. Yum! However, I realized later that I couldn't get it on the plane so I left it as a thank you gift for the boyfriend's son and girlfriend but couldn't wait to get back to LA to order some. I ordered one AND a black truffle oil. I've made some creative dishes. In fact tonight I made angel hair pasta with scallops with the truffle oil AND the fig balsamic vinegar. I planned only on having the fig balsamic vinegar just as dipping sauce for bread as they had it in the store which got me hooked. I love it and I will be ordering more and regularly!”
