“This can handle medium taste olive oil on mixed greens with radiccio and endive..I also think a little sprinkle of asiago or parmesan chips in the salad go well with the fig balsamic!”
“I tried the fig balsamic vinegar and it is the best tasting vinegar I've ever had. I have been gifted some fine vinegars that cost a lot more but this one beats them all. I will be buying more along with some oils really soon.”
