“We have a small salad with every evening meal. The salad consists of mixed greens and fruit (usually blood oranges, figs, dates, grapes or strawberries, you get the idea, just a nice mixture. Then I dress it with extra virgin olive oil and fig balsamic. What a combination the fig balsamic adds to the fruity taste and is excellent.”
