“This pan is awesome, use this only for eggs . Always use low heat and let it warm up before adding the eggs . After use let it cool all the way , it wipes out clean . Perfect pan the best pan I've ever owned . I see this pan being passed down generations. Thank you for making a quality pan .”

“i prefer the CTX fry pan. The quality of this one is good but it cooks much faster than the previous one and have had to relearn using it. much lower heat (like 2 on the stove dial!) and sometimes things still cook too fast, like eggs.”
