Hi Jess. Thanks for your comment. SCANPAN cookware is safe for metal utensils, however, it's not scratch-proof. So it is possible to see evidence of utensil use on the surface of the cookware regardless of the type of utensil used. If we can be of additional help, please contact our Customer Care team.
