“We've avoided non stick cooking pans because of the chemicals involved so we were excited to try Scanpan and were extremely pleased to finally be able to cook oil free in a truly non stick chemical free frying pan. Hi Jess. Thanks for your comment. SCANPAN cookware is safe for metal utensils, however, it's not scratch-proof.
