Scanpans are great, I have been using them for years. However, they are not as long lasting as advertised. If you use you pans daily, they will last a year or two tops. Never put them in dishwasher! Wash with some and water after every use and make sure they are dry before storing to get the most out of them

I've purchased a number of Scanpan products over the years, I've happy with them all. I was looking for a smaller frying pan (11 inch) and at was at a great price.

I have another pan from scanpan and I really love it. This pan seems to have a consistent layer that I can not get off, after cooking. I called customer service and was told too bad. Seems like it should preform better at this price point!

This is my second Scanpan and it's a dream come true! No more broken eggs or stuck pancakes. It's like my food is floating on a magic carpet just nanometers above the pan. This Fry Pan is my go-to kitchen tool.

it's a good nonstick pan. takes some adjustment as very low heat is all you need for most things.
