HAPTIQ 11'' Fry Pan Reviews

4.5 Rating 39 Reviews
Scanpans are great, I have been using them for years. However, they are not as long lasting as advertised. If you use you pans daily, they will last a year or two tops. Never put them in dishwasher! Wash with some and water after every use and make sure they are dry before storing to get the most out of them

I've purchased a number of Scanpan products over the years, I've happy with them all. I was looking for a smaller frying pan (11 inch) and at was at a great price.

I have another pan from scanpan and I really love it. This pan seems to have a consistent layer that I can not get off, after cooking. I called customer service and was told too bad. Seems like it should preform better at this price point!

This is my second Scanpan and it's a dream come true! No more broken eggs or stuck pancakes. It's like my food is floating on a magic carpet just nanometers above the pan. This Fry Pan is my go-to kitchen tool.

it's a good nonstick pan. takes some adjustment as very low heat is all you need for most things.

I’ve been a fan of Scanpan frying pans for eight years when I bought my first one by recommendation of Sur la Table cooking class. 10.25” CTX frypan performed flawlessly for about 4 years & then fried eggs started sticking. Customer service said to boil baking soda & water in the pan for several minutes & nonstick quality would return but eggs still wouldn’t slide off. I continued to use the pan for everything but eggs for another 4 years. Scanpan Black Friday sale offered a better quality Haptiq pan for $80 including free shipping to Hawaii so I finally bought a new pan. Then I contacted Scanpan warranty department to ask if my CTX pan was eligible for a replacement. They responded within 24 hours, requested a couple additional pictures of my old pan & they authorized the return (at my expense $30 postage) for a replacement pan. Scanpan stands by their warranty! The new Haptiq pan is a bit heavier than the CTX & the surface is textured not smooth like the CTX. I hope to be a happy Scanpan user for another 8 years or more.
