Let’s face it, when you weigh 50kg any e-scooter is going to be zippy, not so much at 100kg. Finally something with the muscle to power up any hill and doesn’t cost $3k. Very happy with my purchase!

Hi Geoff, Thanks for the great review of our new and exciting InMotion Commuter Climber Electric Scooter. This has to be one of my favourite scooters, a true workhorse, so happy to hear you love it as much as we do! Thanks, Dani

Finally, a commuter with power! The positives: - The dual 450w motors make for a powerful acceleration and a zippy ride. - It has a super smooth feel with a super light and sleek design. It very easy to carry around and put in a car. - Good range at max of 56km, beating the Air Pro - One of the best IP ratings in the market at IPX7 on the battery and IPX6 on the body. The Negatives: - Doesn't have suspension - It only has single breaking, but the scooter does make up for it with using a disc break rather than drum. Overall, its a really fun scooter, great for getting around and super practical. I would definitely recommend!

This scooter definitely is no slouch! the dual motor feature I feel will tackle any hill with ease I also found the electronic braking feature was very impressive, it performs so well it almost makes the disc brake obsolete. This will for sure help save you replacing those brake pads anytime soon! first time I have seen a split rim design on a smaller commuter scooter like this, I think this will help servicing times and make it easy to do at home! if you'd want something with a bit more comfort and suspension I would probably look at something like the Inmotion s1.

Overall impressive and surprising ride… the price of $1299, the Commuter Climber has exceeded my expectations. It’s a zippy, compact little ride, but what is most impressive is that it doesn’t lose speed going up hills. Have mostly been using it to get to the gym and around my local area - it saves plenty of time and parking isn’t an issue!

One of the most comfortable commuter scooters to ride around, handles hills with ease without dropping any power! Overall excellent scooter!

The Climber is a fantastic commuter scooter, it has one of the smoothest throttles I have tried and handles hills with out any issue. It even accelerates smooth and quickly from a stop start on a hill which I have never seen from a scooter in its class. The dual motor makes it quick and super responsive and it is the most enjoyable commuter scooter I have ridden. Honestly, it out classes everything in its price range by a large margin and I would recommend it over any other commuter scooter.
