“Thank you! One problem.....DHL kept from delivering for 6 weeks saying they couldn't find our address. Funny, UPS, USPS and FedEx have no problem delivering to us. So maybe rethink who you ship with. Otherwise the product is good!”

“Bagpipes arrived last week but not as pictured. First of all they are in a black velvet cover NOT a plaid as illustrated.
Second is they came with NO INSTRUCTIONS!! Everything seems to be in order including 2 sets of reeds of different colours BUT how can my grandson get started even with the chanter if he does not know where to insert the enclosed reeds!!??. It is SO frustrating as they look VERY GOOD for the money with nice pipes etc. At this point they are sitting on my couch looking pretty but unused so I guess I will have to Google to see if we can find any info to get started. Bottom line: lovely looking and great value but need directions for novices like us.”
