“My kilt arrived with the distinctive lion rampant missing from the pocket. When I emailed my query I was told (Asim Sharif) they didnâ€™t put it on as they wanted to rush to send out! This was a lame reason to not finish off an item. I questioned again to be told that the lion would be sent when I order another kilt - seriously?! Tried to live chat to sort but was convinently disconnected half way through then could not get anyone to connect with. I had half a mind to dispute with PayPal as no one wanted to sort. In an attempt to resolve I asked them to send me a lion rampant so that I could sew it on myself. Iâ€™m still waiting for this. I could not ascertain if I was communication with NY or India as this was ignored when I asked to speak to a manager. The kilt is nice and the measurements were spot on. Shame it wasnâ€™t quality control checked before sending.”

“The kilts are amazingly beautiful, however even with sending exact measurements (I have been measured many tines as a model), my kilt is on the last snap and still tugs, and my husbands is too big. His has to be altered locally as it is just easier.”
