“The product arrived within a reasonable time frame and was well made, however arrived in the wrong colour. When this this was pointed out to the company, I was informed it would not be financially viable to return the product, as I would be paying the shipping costs to do so, and offered to send the the product I actually ordered at 50% discount. While this may seem good to some, I am not satisfied with receiving a product I didn't order and being expected to pay to return the incorrect product and pay more to get the actual ordered product. Having said that, the received item was decent quality, albeit incorrect.”

“No option for 0 stars. I think I haven't received it yet. That's what I think about it. Order was put in early august. Checked yesterday on the progress and it still says stitching in progress. Was hoping to receive it for burning man but that has come and gone. I Even paid for express shipping which was a total waste of money”
