“I purchased this item 4 weeks before I planned to wear it to a local event. The purpose of my purchase was for the event. I only placed the order because the website said 2-3 weeks which would have been fine. If anything, I could always upgrade shipping if necessary. After 2 weeks I became impatient because my item still showed "stitching in process," and after 2 weeks and a few days I messages customer service. I received a confirmation that my message was sent. No response. About 4 days later I was angry and sent another message. It wasn't until I threatened to contact their payment company that I got a response where they claimed they never received my messages (despite receiving confirmation via email from their website). I messaged them again starting the object had taken longer than promised and I was no longer in need of the item. Still no response two weeks later and also no item. I will be contacting my credit card company later today regarding the matter. Oh, I also don't show a refund in my account.”
Thank you for your feedback. Please accept our sincere apologies for the hassle that you went through. Order processing time is about 2 to 3 weeks and shipping time is about 10 days or so. So, altogether it takes about a month to reach to its destination. Sincere apologies again.

We really appreciate your feedback. We specialize in customization, therefore processing time is about 2 to 3 weeks and delivery takes about 7 to 10 days. So, altogether it took that much time.
