“I purchased this and got confirmation but the kilt never showed up. I wanted it for a Festival and ordered it 3 weeks ahead of time. estimated time of arrival was 10 days. Still hasn't arrived after 4 weeks and the email I sent hasn't been replied to after 5 days.”
