“- the cable are bether than the one i had before, bigger cable.
- a lot cheaper by at the compagny who produce it, than the reseler...
2 thing
1- you have to make the loop with the clamp. i hope the clamp not rust... will see next season
2- the pushing rod stock in the adaptor in the soil, the rod refuse to get out, need to full arround left right for some time to be able to get it out.”
Hi there,
Thank you so much for your fantastic 5-star review! We're thrilled to hear that you find the Easy Hook® Anchors to be an improvement with bigger and better cables. It’s great to know that you're also pleased with the pricing.
We appreciate your feedback regarding the clamp and will certainly keep an eye on its durability against rust. As for the pushing rod, we understand that it can be a bit tricky; sometimes a little wiggle does the trick!
Your insights really help us, so if you have more suggestions or any questions in the future, feel free to reach out. We're here for you!
Best,
ShelterLogic

“The concept is great and works well with most anchors. My review is about a quality issue. Of the 12 to be installed, 3 had te be pulled out because the rod would not pull out from the anchor. That's a 25% failure rate. The aluminum dye-cast anchors opening is too often tapered and the rod gets solidly stuck in, forcing the rod-anchor-cable assembly to be pulled our of the ground at once and then mechanically separated. One of the anchors broke in the process and replaced by ShelterLogic. Two tips: 1) partially fill the removed anchors opening with sand - preventing the rod to reach the bottom of the anchor - and ram them back into the ground, and 2) before using the anchor, ensure the rod fits loosely into the anchor opening, all the way to the bottom.”

“We kept getting the provided rod stuck in the anchors after driving them in. We ended up using a grinder to taper the end and sprayed WD40, but I wish they just provided a tapered rod or better instructions for this. We got several anchors stuck this way.”
