“We bought a 12 ft. x 26 ft. canopy about 10 years ago. It has weathered several storms and we needed a couple of replacement parts over the years due to damage, but the parts came quickly and worked perfectly. We recently ordered another Super Max™ Canopy Replacement Top. We leave it up most of the summer (up here in Minnesota, that is about 5 months) except to take it down for bad windy weather (tornado warnings, etc.). The canopy lasts about 2 seasons but eventually starts to show some wear & tear, so we order another canopy. In general I am very happy with the canopy and am happy to buy the replacement. Though, we are now thinking of building a more permanent pavilion. Putting up the canopy by yourself can be done, but it is a bit tricky.”

“This is a great / strongly built canopy. I have used this unit to cover a 10' picnic table for years. I am on my 3rd. Canopy due to the relatively unprotected location this unit is placed. Each of the legs are roped to screw in the ground anchors ( optionally available).I also discard the little plastic ball bungy type gizmos that come with the kit. They will not survive in the sometimes 30-40 mph winds that blow from Adirondack mountains. They quickly stretch and lose their tensioning capacity. I use 1/4" nylon ropes on each side woven around the 2" frame pipes through the reinforced grommet holes along the canopy perimiter. Close monitoring and tightening these ropes is required over the season. Over the winter months, the canopy is removed. A great unit given my modifications. Rich H.”

“So looking forward to putting the canopy up. Now if Mother Nature would help by slowing the wind down, just long enough to put it up, Ww've have had several and they can take wind, rain, and even snow. Goes up easily and stays up. We wouldn't buy any other brand!”
