“Have had the tent frame for many (10+) years. This would be the 3rd replacement. They last about 3 years. We leave it up all summer (May through September) in Minnesota, so it is fairly durable. It comes with replacement bungee cords too, so that is nice. We have had damage to the frame when we forgot to roll up the canopy with an impending storm. Ordering the replacement frame parts was easy and the parts worked well too. Customer service over the phone was very helpful.”

“Once ordered, I received replacement top quickly although I had to wait 2 months for availability. It is far past time to offer a longer lasting fabric. I love my shed but it is a pain to have to replace to top every year. I own other shelter logic products and they could offer better replacement tops.”
