“Received boxes in mail pretty much tore up rope seemed not the best missing end cap wrong pieces of pipe in one box I purchased 4 Kit's total 2 had missing parts maybe packing people should check all boxes for all the parts”

“I bought this a month ago to go on the front of my round 32'x12'x10' shelter logic carport, The directions are a little sketchy to follow, But once installed and trained to roll up a few times, It works as advertised.”
“I purchased a new 12X28 shelter from Shelterlogic. Building went up fine. I have bought and installed many over the years. I also bought this roll up door kit. It sucks. The ropes bind in the pulleys, it lifts the door but in no way rolls it, i have tried it with sand in the pipe on bottom, with it empty, i have tried rolling it a few turns etc. It is GARBAGE. I am not happy I have cut slits into a cover on a building that was a grand or so for NOTHING. I called customer service and got told it was not and i quote "the greatest accessory" I have spent a lot of money with these guys over the years, if I dont see something to take care of this, they will loose a lot of money from me in the future.”

“Have used the door opener kit regularly for about two years. Rarely binds. I stand close to door to one side when opening and closing. Sometimes door tilts when opening and have to work the pull cords separately to straighten. Makes getting my Kawasaki Mule in and out of 10x15 shelter much, much easier!”
