“I have had to replace the top for this gazebo twice because it didn't even last a summer! The fabric would tear and the corners over the sockets tore as well. Now I see that there is no replacement for it, although I'm not so sure I would be willing to pay for another replacement! Very poor quality!! I would not recommend this product at all!”

“Lasted 1 year - Top tore - even tried to re-enforce - removed for winter to keep from tearing and tore trying to put back on. Now I am trying to get a replacement top and it says no results. Do not recommend if you want a lasting canopy for a deck or patio.”

“The cover works ok but when it rains or light winds it’s ripped the corners. Also can’t find a replacement section for the flip out cover. Just got this cover during the summer.”

“I got this Gazebo as a gift from my employer. I have no receipt. I hired someone to assemble it. The side door Cover does not fit properly. The middle support beam will not go in the sleeve because the sleeve is not in the right place. Is this a QA issue? Also are there more heavy duty covers for these? Thanks!”

“Love my shelter, but .....w.here the roof meets the sides, there is a small sewn pocket that roof braces slide into, to keep the roof flat. The first mild wind we had saw three of the 4 edges of the roof badly tear where these pockets were sewn to the roof. And not just tiny tears. I got some clear Gorilla Tape to try and get a second year out of it... The sewing appeared to create a weakness, and when it tore along the threads, it just kept going. Not recommended.”
“We ordered the Redwood Gazebo from our local store, set it up and enjoyed the shade for about a month.
I am very unhappy with your company who has done nothing but give us the runaround. First, false advertising. Since your site and product claim to be sun and water resistant and both have completely deteriorated our cover in mere months. Second, I took comfort in the fact that there was a replacement cover number available but the cost of the replacement cover is half the cost of the product, and has not been available for reorder in over a year with no availability in the projected future. Third, the warranty is a joke, since you were unable to provide anything for us!
