“I bought a 12 x 16 , put it up myself went together well parts were marked good , all good! a couple years latter i had an issue
due to Mother Nature and living in New England . I received help immediately from a real live person. Debra G . didn't have to help to the extent she did . Great customer service and she found a way to help a little extra. Thanks .
P.S. a neighbor bought a similar one recently a different brand , defiantly can notice the difference and I am sure if he needs customer service it wont be like my experience.”

“I bought this on the 12th of Febuary and was told it would be at my home in Panama City, Florida on the 17th of Febuary. It did not show up, because it was delivered to another resident in Fruitland Park, Florida, on the other side of the state! I had planned a project to start on the 19th of Febuary and use the canopy and enclosure to store items and materials to do the job with inside it. I emailed Shelterlogic and asked why my purchase was delivered to another town, I had not requested that be done and I knew they had the correct address for they had charged my credit card! I have bought many things from Ebay and never once did anything get sent to another address and that they should take lessons from them to make sure their customers received the same service! I received an email from a customer service person stating they were sorry for the mess up and would ship out another set (replacement canopy and enclosure) and would include anchors for my inconvenence and wondered if I needed more bungy cords for the new canopy which are not included with it! They are included with the enclosure, but not the canopy which doesn't make any sense! That was not delivered either and so I called and got another custom service rep on the 23rd of Febuary, she said she would get my merchandise from where it was delivered and have it sent to me. Now on the 1st of March with no merchandise I called again and got another customer service rep who I told everything that had happened up to date, she said that my order was shipped out on the 28th of Febuary and I would receive it on the 7th of March and that as to the customer service rep's notes that I had talked to on the 23rd, said we had talked on the 28th which never happened and I had placed the order with her. I have my bank account statement to prove it! I finally received the replacement canopy and enclosure on the 8th of March, but there was no anchors and no bungies for the canopy to my dismal surprise, Not! If this is what Shelterlogic calls good customer service, well I can assure them, that they will never see another hard earned dollar of mine! I should have bought what I needed from Ebay again!
