“I purchased this about 8 months ago and it has held up great. I'm now in need of the side and rear panels for this, but I can only find 10'x10'. I'll be very disappointed if there is not a 12'x12' set to go with this.”

“Bought 1 in 2021 and it was a great setup and awesome shelter. The weather took a toll on it in the 3years of owning it and the inside shelter bars that keep the shelter in its arch form wore through the tarp and and big wind tore the shelter tarp on the side that gets the most sun , looking for replacement tarp without buying the whole setup again”

“Easy to put up, I was very happy with it, where I live I take all tarps down for winter. I was very disappointed in the roof tarp. It did not last one season. We have very little wind, it is not triple degrees, I have no idea why it failed. I have searched for a replacement, since all my hardware is new I certainly don’t need that. Can not find one. So im onlydoing 3 stars. Needs to last longer than one season.”

We are awfully sorry to see that you are unhappy with your cover. Please know that fabric life is affected by the application, location, and the physical elements the shelter is exposed to. If you live in an area that gets more sun exposure than most of the cover, along with exposure to other elements such as strong winds and snow (if applicable), it can also affect longevity. We do offer replacement cover kits in Standard, Heavy-Duty, and Ultra-Duty material. The heavier materials have a longer warranty and life expectancies which might better suit your needs.
