“Installed this last August in Vermont... Has been great to store boat. Yesterday it Split right down the middle and the whole top is ruined... Boat got soaked last night in rain! Just beyond 1yr and out of warentee... This roof was worthless...! I need a replacement already!!??”

“I've had this for 14 months and it went through a pretty rough winter with no issues. It sits in the sun most of the day as there are no trees over it so it does get extremely hot inside during the summer. I leave the door open most times so never rigged up the roll-up system that is provided. It needs to be well anchored as it is big enough to be a sail. I knew this from experience with other garages. It tends to let the snow slide right off without needing to chase it with a broom. Only disappointment is the lifespan of the cover as the other Garage-In-A-Box I have lasted much better (frame design is better on the Garage-In-A-Box SUV however). The cover just split after a heavy rain (no wind) the other day. My only complaint so far.”
“I have had this for a little over 3 years now. I like the strength of the frame and how the unit looks. It was pretty easy to assemble. The cover lasted maybe 1 1/2 years before it started to break down leaving white dust all over everything stored inside. The top then started ripping until it was totally torn. I bought a large tarp and put that over the unit and that lasted about as long as the original.The lift system for the door was a pain as the rope keeps getting caught in the rollers, the bars on the bottom of the door do not stay together either. This would be a good unit if the cover would last longer.”

I bought this on July 1, 2015 the tarp is ripped from the front to the back on the top. I emailed shelterlogic they told me that I could buy a new tarp but that there was nothing they could do since it is 17 days past the warranty. I will never buy another one. the response I got from the company

“Only has 1 zipper door; I did think it would have two, but we were able to keep the back piece off and use the back as a run in for the animals! Very pleased! Definitely recommend; plan to purchase another in a month or two!! Thank you ShelterLogic for a quality product, I am delighted to say, I am very pleased :)”
“Purchased two garages in April 2015 and both, yes both garage materials starting tearing right at one year warranty. Company offered nothing for their poor product other than trying to sell another replacement cover.mi understand covers don't last forever however this product is a joke. They claim uv protection inside and out! There is no way this is true, I had a cheap tarp from Home Depot last longer than their material.”
