We are awfully sorry to see that you are unhappy with your cover. Please know that fabric life is affected by the application, location, and the physical elements the shelter is exposed to. If you live in an area that gets more sun exposure than most of the cover, along with exposure to other elements such as strong winds and snow (if applicable), it can also affect longevity. As you are already aware, we do offer replacement cover kits in Standard, Heavy-Duty, and Ultra-Duty material. The heavier materials have a longer warranty and life expectancies, which might better suit your needs. Please note that the price has increased over the last couple of years due to inflation. “Replaced a 10x20 tent with the curved peak garage in a box. The tent collected rain and snow but the garage in a box sheds both and is super sturdy. Loved my first one so much, I bought a second one to store an RV in. Great!”

“Good quality. Short comings in hardware and instructions for assembly. Limited number (6) of auger anchors, should be 12. Part # stampings on tubing could be read in some cases leading to confusion and time wasted during asdsembly. Instructions state approximate time to assemble 2hrs. This not even close and is misleading.”

“Some of the posts did not go together because the ends were flared and the bolt holes had some burrs that had to be filed down. Also, half of the bolts were shorter, so I had to sort them, but fortunately not all the connections required the same length, so it worked out in the end, but had I not figured that out early on it would have been very frustrating. Those were the only issues. Overall it's a very nice shelter. It's the only one on the market to my knowledge with a door over 6ft. Would buy again.”
