Cover started tearing on the 4 corners within a few weeks and then the whole cover tore into pieces during a couple of days when we had wind gusts. (Not a wind storm!) It is now torn down, frame and all. First cover lasted two years. This last one lasted 8 months.

Pleased for the price. Now with the replacement I have put gorilla tape on the tubes where the fabric was chafing.

After adjusting and tightening the frame, slipped it on and it's good as new.

Had to buy a replacement cover after owning for just 3 months. The winds where I live were brutal and shredded the original cover. Not warranted for high winds so had to buy a new cover.

Hello John, We are very sorry to hear about this! All our shelters include a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty, and if they cover tears within that period, we suggest filing a claim and having that reviewed and possibly replaced by the corresponding department. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at 1-800-932-9344. https://www.shelterlogic.com/registration-and-warranties Thank you

The replacement cover is so easy to install. All you need is a small socket wrench or a drill with correct bit for socket. You start by placing cover over the frame and go undue a section at a time and it slips in very easily. One person can do this with a small 6 foot ladder and about 2 hours of labor. It’s a perfect fit.

It was great except all the instructions where in Russian, and I don't read Russian. Glad I had the original paperwork from when I bought the original one.
