“This is a great cover. My second. I did manage to read all the instructions this time and learned how to tighten the top. I'm sure this will make the top last much longer in my windy area. I do miss the back zipper though.”
“I purchased this from Canadian Tire in Nov 2019, erected it Dec. In Oct 2021 and it split a 1 ft gash 22 months later I patched that gash only to have a split the entire length in Jan 2022 right down the centre of the top. I live on the southern tip of Vancouver Island and our winters are the mildest in Canada and the US pacific northwest. The material is so weak that a touch will start a split. Don't buy this product”

We are awfully sorry to hear about that! We offer hundreds of different shelter models. Our retail shelters are not live load rated and only include standard covers. We do offer custom shelters that are wind and snow-rated and come in Heavy-Duty and Ultra-Duty covers. “Sucks...it's in shreds and I have only had it for 14 months. It's also protected by a fence on two sides of it. Not great...and now I hear that they are out and don't know when they'll be getting any more. And, we have a massive snow storm coming our way. My situation sucks...along with this product.”
