“The one star is more for my original purchase of the car port and the dissatisfaction with the warranty. Less than 1 year after purchasing the car port, the cover developed hundreds of tiny pin holes, and water would get on my car when it rained. The car port is in an open area and not covered by trees, so these pin holes were not caused by falling sticks/branches. So ShelterLogic covers their warranty with a new cover, but instead of offering the better material one, sends the same as the original....and wanted $600 for the upgraded material. Never again.....”
