“Dan was the technician that serviced our air conditioner. Because it was raining, he called prior to arriving for the appointment to explain that he might not be able to complete the outside maintenance. We discussed the options and decided that because of Shipley’s scheduling demands it would be best to move forward with the appointment. When Dan arrived it was still raining and the decision was made to complete as much of the service appointment and schedule the outside checks with a second appointment.
Dan was terrific. He took the time to explain what he could accomplish during the “rainy” visit and what would remain to be completed. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. Dan took the time to make sure we were comfortable and confident that the unit was working properly and safe to operate.
