“Are your tired and unimpressed of the ads and the writers' tastes from GQ, Esquire or Rake? Then you should definitely buy this book (or better: spend $250 on Fort Belvedere and get it for free!) "Gentlemen in the Golden Age" focuses on how to dress elegantly in the 1930's styles. Although, as a young and thin man, the 1930s cut does not suit me, I learnt a lot on colour and pattern matching in this book. I am a big fan of bespoke garments (and living in Hong Kong, I can commission a full-canvassed bespoke suit with decent fabric with an attractive price (e.g., Vitale Barberis Canonico for only HK$ 6 - 7k, about £600 or US$800)). But once I have all the essential business colours, I don't know what to buy next. And this ebook provides me with excellent inspirations! I probably have to save up as I expand my wardrobe in the years to come!”

“Before reading Gentlemen of the Golden Age, the issues of what is considered proper for outings, such as a day at the races to a day out in the country. Mr. Schnieder describes every aspect of each outfit displayed to help the reader create a timeless wardrobe that holds a very classic style. I now know what a proper classic wardrobe may look like and how to create such a wardrobe due to this guide. I feel that due to this guide, I am able to create a more stylish wardrobe and show far more confidence in my outfits. Thank you for such a wonderful guide!”

“1. I'd never tried Fort Belvedere products 2. It's hard to find Peccary gloves 3. They are nice gloves but too big! I need to figure out a way to shrink them! Fort Belvedere is a very professional company to deal with regardless of product! They are always responsive and caring in after sales. I'd like to use them again.”
