I purchased these gloves as a gift for a family member's wedding and I seriously considered keeping them for myself! The leather quality is exceptional, soft and supple with discreet perforation to ensure good air flow. The lamb nappa is tactile enough for grip but light enough to ensure that you don't overheat. I was initially drawn to these gloves because of their unique color, and they look even better in person: a subtle, rich, deep petrol blue that is evocative of the finish of a classic sports car. The off-white detailing adds a lot of personality and gives them an excellent retro feel. I appreciate that unlike so many other driving gloves, Fort Belvedere driving gloves come sized. I have owned pairs of "S,M,L" driving gloves and poor fit noticably affects functionality. The double-snap closure also helps to really give that perfect, dialed-in fit. The handy video showed me exactly how to take the measurements, and while getting the size did reveal I was purchasing gloves, my family member was so delighted with the gloves that it was effectively an even bigger surprise! I highly recommend these driving gloves, and they certainly bode well for all of the gloves offered by Fort Belvedere. Whether you're an aspiring Alberto Ascari or just want to add a little flair to your commute, these gloves are the gloves for you!

As per my review about a year ago, my only concern was with the longevity of the gloves. Given how light and delicate they feel, I wasn't sure how long they'd last. Great news: They are still in terrific shape. And if they weren't I'd probably pop for another pair -- they are that comfortable. Driving without them would be much less fun.

We're so pleased to hear that, Scott! Just like all the other products, the gloves are built to last. We aim to make sure they are of high-quality construction and we do not compromise on that. :-)

Excellent product thus far. Will see after a year or so. Rounding down in size is excellent advice and the fit and finish is exactly what I expected. Soft like butter and many many compliments.

These gloves are something special. The leather is so soft, yet so thin, to maximize the 'steering wheel feel.' They weigh next to nothing. The obvious question is how they will wear. I'm not particularly doubtful, but it is something only time and wear will tell. And wear them I will! A couple points. First, I appreciated the information on the website about driving gloves. Well worth reading, in particular the advise against knuckle holes. Second, definitely 'size down' if applicable, the gloves will adapt. Third, my biggest concern was with the stitching being inside the glove (machine sewn) versus outside (hand sewn). Having purchased both previously, I was leery about the outside stitching, given the fingers in my previous outside stitched gloves felt too long, like flippers. Not good. These gloves fit great, no flipper effect. Only concern is the product is not particularly eco-friendly: I like driving around more than before!

Our Fort Belvedere gloves have intricately hand-sewn points with contrast thread and they will definitely get even softer and better with wear. Glad to know that you liked the gloves, Scott! :-)

I have been eyeing these for a while, I finally got them.  I am no stranger to fort Belvedere’s quality (I have ordered many times before).  So, I  was not surprised by the perfection I have come to Expect; great job guys.  Now I have the perfect accessory for my drives; thank you

Very form fitting unlike others. My hands are in between sizes so good gloves are hard to find. These gloves are snug but not overly. They are true to size. I have received nothing but positive compliments over these wonderful gloves. Thank you.
