My buddy builds 1940s hot rods. We got to talking about driving gloves, and as a customer of Ft Belvedere, I knew I could surprise him in his birthday! The photo from out text exchange says it all.

I bought these gloves to shield my hands from cold ambient temperatures, light wind and to provide an extra layer of warmth (any temperature below 15 degrees celsius or strong wind, I'd recommend lined gloves). So far these gloves have been up to par with these requirements, plus they can take some relatively dexterous use. These gloves are incredibly comfortable, have flexible points of articulation (the leather of mine broke in after just an hour of use), strong and attractive stitching, and have a terrific fit. Do ensure that you measure your hand properly before purchasing. These gloves are made to be tight, so you will miss out on a true appreciation of these if they are too big, or won't be able to wear them period if too small. I have yet to use these for driving, though I can already tell that you can still retain quality control over the steering wheel whilst wearing them. They are sensitive enough to use a touchscreen; however, the stitching on the finger tips can get in the way of this. You will definitely receive compliments on these, the pictures do not do them justice. I cannot wait to see how they age. As a side note, I was slightly worried about how the leather of these gloves would pair with the different colour of leather of other items on my person, such as shoes, belts and leather watch straps. No need to worry on this regard. The gloves become part of the outfit, and provides a nice compliment with the watch strap. I'm not sure I'd wear these with a leather or sued jacket though (experimentation is needed).

Lighter blue then they look in the photos but are soft and flexible. Feel great and gives me great grip when driving.

I originally purchased size 7.5 which was a bit small, but you were out of stock in size 8.0. However, I purchased size 8.0 as soon as you had them. They are very soft and comfortable; they make driving a joy again!

I have owned many pairs of driving gloves but I never paid $160 for a pair until now. These gloves show real workmanship and the quality is superb. They are also very, very comfortable while driving.

This is my first pair of driving gloves and they are excellent so far. I love the hand stitched look. The fit is perfect. They make driving my Mercedes-AMG vehicle much more enjoyable.

Elegant gloves for an elegant car, I must say! We're thrilled to know you like them. It's made of fine, soft leather so we guarantee that it will last long with proper maintenance. We look forward to doing business with you again, Camden! :)

I wanted to try Fort Belvedere's driving gloves to see if I could feel a difference in the grip on my 2011 Audi S5's steering wheel and shift knob. I have always felt one with my car but now it feels even better as my Petrol Blue gloves grip to the wheel and knob when driving it like it's meant to be driven. I love my Fort Belvedere gloves and have had compliments on them from a few people now and may get another pair in the Racing Red and Sand. I would and have recommended Fort Belvedere's products to others. Keep up the good work !
