“I will order again. I've tried various supplements in different combinations. I currently take one Mag R&R with a couple of Highland PM tabs. Not sure I need the tabs but I haven't had leg cramps for three or four months. I've almost forgotten the misery. Thanks.”

“The product I am using is MAG R&R. I ordered it for leg crampss and sleep issue. I take only one capsule (one can take up to three), and I have been sleeping like a baby, consistently every night. I have never been a great sleeper, but I feel as if I'm making up for lost time. I had been taking melatonin alone and it was helpful, but nothing lke MAG R&R. Additionally, I have had no leg cramps. There seems to be one side affect, and that is tiny red spots on my face. I wish I knew which of the ingredients is causing this. But otherwise, this product is excellent for its stated purpose.”

“I started taking Mag R&R when I developed severe pains in my legs during the night when in bed. I had no idea what it was. After doing a search I then decided to take this supplement after seeing their websight. After the first night the pains gradually started going away and I could sleep again. Evidently I was low on magnesium, which I already took every day. I am going on 86 years.”

“It works as advertised. I no longer am suffering from those awful night cramps. If they occur at all, they are very mild and easy to undo. I also love the sleep aid. I've slept well and more deeply than I have in months. I feel well rested when I wake up. All in all, I find it to be a great product l. And, I only need one capsule per night!!! Thank you, thank you!!!!”
