“I suffered from restless legs or multiple lower leg spasms/cramps at night: calf, shin, ankles and feet distortions. One capsule Mag R&R has given me total relief and a full night sleep. I did try 2 capsules in the beginning but I do not tolerate melatonin well so thankfully 1 capsule works for me.”

“I am a new customer and so far I have not had any night cramps since using the Salt Wrap Mag R&R Natural Muscle Relaxation Supplements. I also purchased the “Built from Broken” book which is a great read so far (I am not finished, but I have started on some of the exercises). This has been a 2-year journey for me with severe leg muscle cramps and IT band issues. Physical therapy did not resolve my issues and I refused to take pain meds. What started me on the road to recovery were deep tissue massages by a licensed neuromuscular therapist to help me with pain management. He also recommended some of the stretch exercises illustrated in Scott's book. I brought the book to my message therapy yesterday for my therapist to take a look, and he liked what he read and plans on purchasing the book himself.”

“My 84-year-old Mum will wake in the night experiencing severe spasms in her calves. Never knew it was so bad until I stayed with her a few days. I tried three other "really good brands of magnesium" but they didn't help. I think your special blend with the B's did it I started her with two pills about an hour or so before bedtime. Did this for two nights. Mum slept like a baby. On Day 3 till present I just let her take one pill still sleeping soundly. I say give it a try it just may work for you too.”
