“Mag R&R is amazing. You won't be sorry you tried it. I was on it for a few months over a year ago and somehow got off onto some other brand of Magnesium. All my trouble falling asleep with leg cramps and getting woke up with terrible cramps in my thighs started up again. An old email resurfaced and I remembered this and got right back on it. Within just a few days all the cramping went away and I am falling asleep within minutes after hitting the pillow again. I Take 3 capsules as directed. I also tore a meniscus this past year and I truly believe this has helped in my recovery and PT. Thank you SaltWrap.”
