“The MAG R&R Sleep Support is actually working; the first time I tried it. The leg cramps and pain during the nights were of a very intense variety and more or less a sudden onset just about 5 months ago. I needed only 1 capsule for it to be effective for me, probably because of my weight (95 lbs.). I had tried magnesium oxide but could not get the correct dosage for me and it made the pain worse. I highly recommend this product.”

“I purchased the Mag R&R because my increasingly worsening restless legs at night even to cramping in my feet gradually worked it’s way up my legs and spreading to my back and side muscles. Made sleep a near impossibility. Since starting on the Mag R&R, one capsule each night before bed since Sept 6,2023 my symptoms have virtually been stopped in their tracks. I cannot say enough good things about this product and company…I will be a customer for life!”
