“Over the years severe leg cramps became nighttime nightmares. On occasion, so bad in both legs, I begged for relief screaming into my pillow. Relief tablets worked for several years as a reaction to getting a cramp, but I had to be willing to take a chance on getting a cramp and hoping the little bottle of pills hadn't slipped out of place in my nightstand drawer. FOR THE PAST NINE MONTHS I'VE TAKEN R&R EVERY NIGHT - PEREMPTORILY - AND HAVE NOT HAD. A CRAMP SINCE STARTING THE REGIME. GOD BLESS SALT WRAP!!! I sleep soundly and have not had to worry about being prepared to combat a cramp after it has begun. My Primary Care Physician cautioned me on the level of magnesium I was adding to my diet because too much can loosen bowels. R&R has made no difference in this area. I'M ONE HAPPY CAMPER!”

“Since starting MAG R&R I have had only 2 episodes of nighttime leg cramps and both of those episodes were after extremely vigorous work days in the yard! What a blessing this product has been! I keep waiting for the awful nightly cramps to start but so far mostly peaceful nights!”

“I'm 85 years old and have had nocternal leg cramps for a long time. I have tried several products and some helped, but none worked very good. I ordered the Mag R&R. The recommendation from them was to start with one or two pills to see if that works, if not, go to three pills. The two worked fairly well, so I switched to three. Since then I have not had one episode of cramps. I actually sleep all night. IT WORKS!!”
