“Although still not sleeping through the night without being awakened by leg cramps they seem to be getting fewer. Hoping for the best. One thing I noticed is that I am having some interesting dreams from day gone by. Working on the second bottle and will keep track of progress.”

“Guess it's fairly comom as you age you experience worsening leg cramps at night. Ignored for awhile, tried rubs for when the cramps occur - fumbling to find the rub while in pain in the middle of the night- not a great answer. I read about MAG R&R and bought a bottle- within a couple night the cramps have disappeared and a bonus that it helps me sleep better. So I've stocked up and plan on using every night forever!”
