“Amazing! I have not slept through the night in the last couple of years due to sometimes extreem leg cramps. i saw your add and was sceptical but also despratei. I dreded going to bed at night as I knew what was coming. I thought at this point anything is worth a try. I ordered a bottle of your R&R product, recomneded dosage one to three capculs befor bed and took two. The next thing I knew my alarm was going off! It has been a week now and no cramps just blisful sleep. THANK YOU!”

“About3 years ago I began getting unexplained cramps in my legs, feet, torso, arms, hands and feet everywhere. I tried several over the counter suggestions but nothing worked. It was so bad (and really affecting my sleep) that I went to the DR. She had no real suggestions. I don't remember where I saw your product advertised, but I was desperate! Two weeks after taking it nightly the cramps faded away. I have taken it ever since and seldom have cramps any more. It was/is a game changer!”

“I’ve slept poorly for years and am a light sleeper. Everything wakes me up at night and the development of leg and foot cramps at night made it much worse. I tried the pain relief PM pills adding just melatonin. No help. I tried your product and now my sleep is great. I wake up refreshed and ready for my day and have only taken one a night since starting.”
