“I have been taking regular magnesium for months to help with cramps at night. It really did not stop the cramping. Then I bought this product. I have NOT had a single cramp since I began this product. My cramps hurt me so bad that they woke me up 3 or 4 times every night with almost unbearable pain. All that is in the past. This product has been a miracle for me. I highly recommend this product.”

“So far thus product has helped with my leg cramps. The leg cramps wants to cramp about 6 hours later. The product does not make you sleep. But, I take something else for that. It does work for me about 90% . I will continue to use this product. I have tried other products but have not worked.”

“Waking up with leg and foot cramps a few times nightly is very disruptive to sleep, necessitates walking around, sometimes for 30 minutes to release the cramp. Started taking 1 capsule before bedtime and woo hoo, it works. Thank you”

“Had my suspicions this was just another product that I got sold on with no results. Exactly the opposite. This is the only product I ever took that I had amazing results and no side effects. “This product works very well for me. Even if I take it at 2-3 a.m. I wake normally. It has "natural ingredients" so it doesn't interfere with other medications. Highly recommended.”
