“I was having severe foot/ankle nocturnal leg cramps, EVERY night, at least once per night. I found this Mag R&R. I took it the first night and it helped some but still I had an episode. I kept taking it and after about the 3rd night the cramps had stopped and I've not had any since then. Makes me happy! I have recommended to others!”

“I had suffered from nocturnal leg cramps for approximately four years. They were so bad that I had trouble sleeping and when I would get them, I would try walking them off but could barely stand. They hurt so bad, I felt like my bones in my legs were going to break. Since I have been taking R&R, they have almost completely disappeared. I still get them but very occasionally. I am forever grateful.”
