“Found Mag R&R online after months of nightly leg cramping and terrible sleep over concerns of a night cramp launching me out of bed. Talked with my GP but no success. Been taking Mag R&R for nine days and I have been "crampless" (sp).So far so good. RW”

“I need not read any reviews because I know this is a great product; that is, the R&R Mag. I have not needed to purchase every month or so because the cramps have stopped, for the most part. It is only if my workouts include a lot of squats or similar exercises, it’s certain I may get a cramp. I had severe legs and feet cramps a year or more ago. Drinking 100 ozs of water daily and having R&R Mag on hand has given me good nights of sleep. It really works for me. Last week, during the night, I had to take 1 capsule of R&R Mag because of groin cramps. Isn’t that the most painful cramp of all!”
