“I've always had leg severe cramps and while I don't believe they're heredity, my Dad also suffered. Although I never heard him complain and loved him dearly, now that he's no longer alive, there are times I curse him for bestowing this on me. After a bout of over a month of debilitating leg cramps - some nights up every hour pacing on the cold kitchen floor trying to walk through them, only to get back up and repeat the pacing after an hour in bed. The cramps (feet, ankles, shins & inside the thighs) got so bad they would bring me to tears and then the next day, my legs would be so sore. It got to the point when I dreaded going to bed because I knew how the night would go. Of course, I brought up the problem with my doctor, only to hear, there's really nothing she could do; I heard stretch, drink more water....really??? Not knowing what to do, I somehow found SaltWrap's website one morning, read the testimonies of other sufferers and just started crying knowing there just might be something that would possibly make the cramps go away. I did hesitate but then figured, what the heck, it just might work. As recommended, I did start out taking only 1-pill at night but had to increase to the 3-pill dose. I still do get break-through cramps, but rarely need to pace the floor and I'm not crying anymore. I usually only have to re-position my leg and the cramp will go away; sleeping through the night more often than not - I don't dread going to bed any longer. That must be horrible living for years with painful cramps. I can barely imagine what you went through. But now I am so glad you have found Mag R&R finally :) Thank you for sharing your story!

“I tried MAG R&R from Salt Wrap primarily because of night cramps in my left calf muscle that could be excruciating at times. I never expected the sleep benefit that came with the formula! I take two capsules at bedtime, and I have never slept better. If I wake up, I can fall back to sleep easily, which previously was rarely the case. The cramps are gone, too, but I now rely on the wonderful product for a good night's rest.”

“I have years and years suffering from leg cramps. Doctors all they would prescribe was potassium but it never worked. Saltwrap MAG 3D and nighttime MAG worked right away the same night. Going on 3 months now and no leg cramps NONE. I love this product and Saltwrap. They put the doctors prescriptions to shame. I love Saltwrap and want it monthly , everyday. Their return policy is also very generous. You can't help but love this company. Saltwrap and me forever ❤”

“I had lots of anxiety and racing thoughts that kept me awake all night along with my muscle cramps. I hated to see night come to go through this over every night. I finally found this product on internet, thought it couldn’t hurt. Taking it every night changed my life. Not only the cramps, but getting the sleep I desperately needed has done wonders for me.
