“I have had very bad leg and foot cramps for many years. I do take Calm Magnesium which is great, drink milk, eat bananas, Biotin, etc. Salt Wrap does help. I still get foot cramps, but seems to be better. I do walk about 3 miles a day and do pilates. So I am pretty active. Leg cramps and arthritis is in my genes. I am happy I found Salt Wrap”

“Love the Products but…you better be ready to Sleep with the MAG R&R! I was taking two/Night, but my schedule has been calling for short Nights (4-5 hours!) and I wake up SO relaxed I struggle to get going.”

“I climb steep roofs daily and have suffered from nighttime leg cramps for years. And not just a cramp that is annoying, but rather the type that make you get up and walk them off for 10-15 minutes. I have tried the pills you put under your tongue and the stuff that you smear all over your legs and found a little relief. But once I started using the MAG R&R pills I found something that works! I started out taking 3 at bedtime, but now I only take 2, and am sold on these! No cramps at all! And a good nights sleep finally! I took a road trip and forgot to take them. And the 1st night woke up 3 times with cramps. Never again! They come with me everywhere I go now without fail. I am a Salt Wrap MAG R&R customer for life. And I highly recommend these to people with severe leg cramps. You won't believe how you'll feel after a good night's sleep!”

“I've used Salt Wrap for over a year to control nightly muscle cramps that were interfering with my sleep. The stuff worked great for about a year but now my body is building up a resistance to it. I still use Salt Wrap but it doesn't work as well as it did when I first started using it. I think it is a good product and I still use it but like I said my body is building up a resistance to it. I can't use the MAG 3D stuff because it gives me a stomach burn.”
