“The nighttime pills somehow did not help me get to sleep - I got jumpy instead of sleepy, so I take the non- drowsy muscle and nerve support, faithfully, 3 a day, two of them before I retire for the night. I also try to drink copious amounts of water and other fluids, including tonic water every night before I go to bed. I am still succumbing to cramping starting about 530 in the morning; I am grateful for the nights I don't get leg cramps. I don't think I can fully recommend this product to anyone unless it fully works for me, but I do mention that I take it when others talk to me about leg cramps.”

“I’ve been using R&R for about 2 weeks. I still have getting leg cramping at night. Not as much as before I started taking it. I’m going to keep taking it and see if can relieve the cramps totally.”

Hi Jeffrey! We totally understand this. Many people do get immediate relief, but many others need time. It can take time to fix deficiencies and for your body to adjust to new supplements. Hopefully, you will see results accumulate over time. Consistency is key!

“I take the R&R Magnesium because I have always been prone to cramps. In particular I get hamstring cramps that are really bad. It’s worse at night. The magnesium is not a magic pill but it does help a great deal. I would recommend anyone who wants to relieve their night leg cramps to try it. Thank you”
