“I bought this for my brother who has severe cramps at night. He has been using it for about a week and the cramps have gotten less severe and not as often. This has been helpful as he can now at least get some sleep at night.”

“I have tried a variety of products alone or in combination in the past for my severe nocturnal leg cramping without success. Mag R & R has eliminated the problem entirely. Customer service has been prompt in responding to questions that I had and the delivery by mail is on time and convenient. With this product I have been able to go to sleep now without the fear of repetitive night time awakenings.”

“I have used approximately 2/3th's of the MAG R&R pills from the first bottle and I have experienced a major improvement in my body cramps (mostly legs and hands). Before taking the pills, I was experiencing cramps numerous times a day and now I might have cramps, only in my legs, a few times a week. I didn't expect the cramps to disappear totally but the results after using this med, for a short period, are better than I expected.”

Hi Joseph :) We totally understand this. Many people do get immediate relief, but many others need time. It can take time to fix deficiencies and for your body to adjust to new supplements. Hopefully, you will see results accumulate over time.

“Too soon for a proper review. I got this for my husband to see if it would help with his leg cramps. But, he had to go into the hospital with AFIB. First thing they did was put him on a magnesium drip. Will give Mag R & R a couple more weeks. So far no more cramps..”

“My husband is taking R&R He is 89, he was loosing his balance Believe or not, I do not care, but I saw the results he his on his feet and straight like a palm tree. I try the Adapthogen one Didn’t see anything and I was not feeling that great I am going to try it again”

“This product is not working for me nearly as much as I need it to. I suffer from painful night time leg cramps, even upon taking the required dose. I believe in better living through chemistry though, so hopefully I can find something that works better for me ASAP.”

Hi Katharine! I’m sorry this didn’t work for you. I do see that your order has been refunded in full, so I’m happy we were able to process that for you in a timely manner. Also - it looks like you have only had Mag R&R for a few days. It can take a few weeks to realize the full benefits -- so even though we refunded your order, I hope you stick with it for a few weeks!
