“I am 68 yo & began having nighttime leg cramps 3-4 times each week. The cramps interrupted my sleep, prevented restful sleep, & I would dread going to sleep. I purchased 1 MagR&R bottle with hopes it would relieve leg cramps & began taking 2 capsules nightly. It seemed to help so I purchased 3 more bottles and added a third nightly capsule. Three nightly capsules have significantly reduced the cramps & allow a restful sleep. You have a satisfied customer.”

“So far I haven't had a problem with leg cramps, I have been diagnosed with spinal stenosis and I was having excruciating cramps in one leg, since using MAG R&R I have had very few insidents.”

“I use to get very Intense leg and Foot cramps EVERYnight. Since taking MAG R&R - Night time Muscle Cramps & Relaxation, my nights are not dreaded any longer. Yes once in a while, I may still get a cramp, Salt Wrap has been a maricle for me at night. i Highly recommend this product... I noticed improved nights pretty quickly, I have taken this product, for over a year now and would never consider stopping it. It works.”

“I have been using this product for about three weeks. It took about 4-5 days for it to work but once it started, I have experienced about a 90% reduction in leg cramps at night. After using both bottles, I will write another review. I am anxious to get to 100%.”
