Hi Frances! I’m sorry this didn’t work for you. I do see that your order has been refunded in full, so I’m happy we were able to process that for you in a timely manner. Also - it looks like you have only had Mag R&R for a few days. It can take a few weeks to realize the full benefits -- so even though we refunded your order, I hope you stick with it for a few weeks!

“After using MAG R&R for a month, I was still getting leg cramps at 5:23 in the morning. I decided that the 3 capsules were wearing off about that time. So I increased the dosage to 4 capsules. So far, that has been effective. I can now sleep until about 7 AM without leg cramps.”

Happy to hear it's helping! Many people do get immediate relief, but many others need time. It can take time to fix deficiencies and for your body to adjust to new supplements. Hopefully, you will see results accumulate over time. Thank you for the feedback!

“I hadn't been able to get a good night's sleep because of pain for months. I was using Methacarbamol 3 times a day just to be able to do anything. I got the MAG R&R which was a spur-of-the-moment decision. The first night I took the capsule I got more restful sleep than I had in a long while. Later when I was talking to my pharmacist I told her about MAG R&R and she said they recommend it often to patients. Sure wish she would have told me about it sooner. Anyway, so happy I've got it. Already told several others about it.”

“I really can't say enough good words about Mag R&R. My husband was almost crawling to take other remedies when he had the cramps and spasms. Now he gets a good night sleep. THANK YOU for such an easy solution. Wish we knew about this product sooner. And love being able to purchase via Amazon.”

“Initially, I felt that MAG R&R helped with my night time cramps. 5 weeks ago I had ankle surgery and was told to stop taking various medications a week prior. I never got cramps again. Therefore I have reduced my intake of MAG R&R to one a night. I stopped future purchases and will decide when my current supply runs out.”

“Started with 1 pill moved to 2 but still getting leg cramps at night .going to try three which I really hoped I wouldn’t have to do hopefully it will work I have tried everything else .fingers crossed”
