“I was having extreme muscle cramps in my legs due to medication I have to take after being diagnosed with cancer. I read about this product and decided to try it. I was shocked how well it worked and it worked the first day I tried it. I use it daily now and no longer have uncontrolled spasms and restless legs. I stand by this product.”

“I've been taking the mag R&R for almost a month now and what I can say is that I think my cramps are subsiding. I still do get leg cramps at night, but they don't seem to be as severe.. I also noticed that I am sleeping much more deeply.. upon awakening. It takes me several minutes before I feel fully alert enough to rise. this isn't a bad thing! It just means I've slept so soundly that waking up just takes a little longer than it used to. I'll continue to take these and anticipate not having cramps at all someday..”

“I bought this product for my husband who has nightly leg cramps. He started with 1 tablet/night. He is now taking 3. Not sure yet if it is helping as he still gets some cramping. More time is needed to give a 4 or 5.”

“I purchased 3 months supply of R&R for my daughter who was expierencing nightly shin cramps. So far, so good. Since starting on Mag R&R she has had no severe cramps at night and only one mild twinge that went away after her nightly dose. If she makes it through the second month without cramps, I will definitely be reordering.”

“My daughter was experiencing severe night cramps on a regular basis. She has been using R&R for two weeks and hasn't had any night cramps since starting with the product. We will see if this trend continues, but we're hopeful that we've found a good solution to her cramping problem.”

“At first I didn't feel much better in terms of my muscle spasams at night, sometimes I still get them, but not as bad or as often. I am also taking the daytime product and it may be helping also. I still have another 2 months to go to determine overall benefits.”
