“I have noticed a decrease in nighttime cramping, though they aren't completely gone. But any decrease is a plus in my book. I am only now finishing my first month on the capsules, and I will presume to see continued reduction in the cramping. One thing I can say for sure- I sleep very soundly! I usually don't have trouble sleeping but these capsules have made me sleep deeper. i do find that I get a dry mouth though when I wake in the middle of the night.”
